bestclassschedule wants you to be thrilled with your new schedule. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your schedule , just send us a copy of your schedule (dated at least 30 days after the 1st day of that semester) showing you dropped the class and get a full refund. You can request a refund only between 30 and 60 days after the beginning of that semester. To receive a full refund you must send us both the initial schedule which shows the registered class and your updated schedule showing the dropped class. Please keep a copy of your original schedule showing that you did register for the class that you would like a refund for.
